	Welcome to Wise County Youth Fair's online entries program. You will be able to register and enter your exhibits using this interface. To register, enter your name and your own created password. Everyone will need to do this. If your name happens to already exist (meaning someone else has your name), enter your first name and middle initial. To input your entry, complete all required fields and follow the online directions. You have the option to pay online or pay later. If you choose pay later, you will need to send your payment to the fair address (P.O. Box 1062, Decatur, TX 76234), with any required supporting documents and a copy of the printed receipt (you will print the receipt at the end of the entry process). Payments that are mailed in must be postmarked no later than February 11, 2012. In the event payment is received after February 11, 2012 the entry will be considered late and subject to the late entry fees. If payment has not been received by February 17, 2012 the entry will be void and the exhibitor will not be allowed to participate.   Please Note: All printed rules and deadlines apply to entries submitted via this web site. Read and understand the General Rules and Department Rules prior to entering. In addition anyone entering an animal must also read and follow the livestock rules. For a copy of the 2012 WCYF catalog please go to our website at www.wcyouthfair.org or pick up a hard copy at the Wise County Extension office in Decatur.  Entry deadlines are as follows; Regular entries accepted until 5:00 pm February 11, 2012. Late entries accepted February 12, 2012 until 5:00 pm February 17, 2012. The charge for late entries will be three times the original entry fee with a minimum of $10 (no exceptions). Online payment will not be available for late entries. All late entry monies should be accompanied by a copy of the online entry receipt and hand delivered to either the WCYF president or secretary.
